As you dream about your construction project and as we build it, let’s keep the process fun and interesting. This is going to be a collaboration between, you the owner, us as the designer / builder, and the craftsmen on site. (of course, the city is going to want their say also)

From a design stand point, the sky’s the limit. In addition to what you see here, you could clip magazine pictures, drive around and take photos of houses and travel the web.  Once you get a feel for what you like, let’s work together to build on the vision as it works for you. The design process is exciting and full of possibilities. We love working with a client to turn ideas into reality.

If you already have plans, we’re very good at understanding them, finding any problems with them and planning construction around them. 

During construction our focus is on time, budget and quality.  We take pride on attention to detail, good planning, strong problem solving skills, client responsiveness, firmness and fairness to the trades. A well managed job is a thing of beauty, like a well choreographed dance.

Gary Binder has been Building and Developing Land since 1979.  He’s built Custom Homes, Tract Houses, Townhouses Projects, Developed Subdivisions, built Public Works Projects, Commercial Buildings and Remodeled many, many Buildings. 

Growing up as the Son of  a Builder, he started designing houses at an early age.  By high school, he was working as a handyman on the construction of condo’s. He designed and built his first house at age 23.  Over the years, Binder has honed his craft by learning and keeping current on all phases of construction. He’s learned each of the trades, became an expert on computers, construction code, contract law, public works law, accounting, scheduling and cad drawings.

After over 40 years of exposure to the construction industry, 

                                    Gary still loves the beauty of a well run construction project.

 

His son, Allan, is also excited by the building business.  As a third generation builder, Allan has learned many of the skills that go into the building of homes.  His love of quality shows in each project he completes.
